MLS Group is the principle contractor, managing the refurbishment of the neglected Kingston House in Bond Street, which is set to become the K2 Bond Street development.
The 90,000 sq feet site is being redeveloped by our client, Trade-Park to create office space, as well as 14 luxury serviced apartments and the 100-bed hotel, with a gym, restaurant, bar and a café with a rooftop terrace.
